The FALLING BLUE and RCS/RCD ranges are continuous-flow water chillers.

Their exclusive operating principle is based on the circulation of water from the general network, through a stainless steel exchanger immersed in a bath of chilled water: the circuit is closed and prevents any risk of water contamination.

The use of chilled water enables dough to be produced at a constant temperature, depending on climatic conditions, guaranteeing quality and regularity of production.

The water is at the right temperature, without being soiled by stagnant water, in order to respect the base temperature

 

GAMME

 

Continuous-casting water coolers are available in 5 models: 

Single-tank models: Falling Blue and RCS90;

Double-tank models: RCD120 and RCD180.

 

Hourly flow rates are:

For water from +20°C to +3°C: 60 and 90 liters for single-tank models;

For water from +20°C to +1°C: 120 and 180 liters for double-tank models.
