A vacuum packing machine with an exclusive and innovative design, Evox machine can perfectly fit in rooms with limited space. This vacuum packaging machine ensures an easy and secure vacuum packaging process, thanks to the absolute vacuum sensor and the pre-set programs for maximum vacuum in bags and containers. Compact, extremely fast, and essential, with pre-set vacuum levels for different packaging needs.

 

TOUCH PANEL WITH 5 EXCLUSIVE CHEF PROGRAMS

Compact, very fast, and essential, this line presents an elegant touch panel, preset programs for easy and fast vacuum packaging of any product (perfect for liquid packaging), and 5 exclusive “Chef” cycles for marinating, creating infusions, and much more in a short time and automatically, without the need for supervision. It is equipped with GAS for Modified atmosphere packaging. Robust, reliable, and built with high-quality materials.

 

ABSOLUTE VACUUM SENSOR

The absolute vacuum sensor guarantees the perfect vacuum in all circumstances, regardless of the air pressure and weather conditions. The machine will automatically stop the air extraction as soon as the set vacuum percentage will be reached. It is also possible to set an extra time of vacuum up to 60“ for particular products or special processes.

Our Chef and Jars Programs are designed to simplify and automate the vacuum packaging processes and to optimize and improve many manual processes which would otherwise require the constant supervision of an operator.

ABSOLUTE VACUUM SENSOR | Evox 31 includes all the latest technology of professional vacuum machines. The absolute vacuum sensor ensures a perfect vacuum in all circumstances, it does not require calibration to adapt the pressure sensor to the altitude and weather conditions, and it ensures the maximum vacuum with all products: food, non-food, or liquids

 

CHEF PROGRAMS

 

INFUSION | It captures the aromas of herbs and spices, reducing the oxidation of the product and extending its shelf-life. The alternation of vacuum and pause will extract the richest aroma without altering the essential oils, ensuring a unique and intense flavor.

 

MARINATING | Specific for marinating products, it allows the marinade to penetrate quickly and uniformly. Just one short cycle is all that is needed to obtain a result that would take over 24h using the traditional method. Available for bags and containers.

 

MUSSELS AND CLAMS CLEANING | Designed to clean and eliminate sand and internal residues of shellfish, preparing them perfectly for subsequent cooking.

 

SAUCES | It reduces foaming and the leaking of vegetable- and meat-based sauces and liquid products from the bag. Ideal for making tomato sauce, meat sauce, and fruit juices.

 

 

JAR PROGRAMS

 

SENSOR JARS | It allows the selection of the desired vacuum level as a percentage, any extra vacuum level and to add a pause at the end of the cycle for special creations (for example blown chocolate).

 

MIN – MED – MAX – EXTREME JARS | 4 levels of jar emptying, depending on the filling of the same. If the pot is very full and there is little air to be extracted, choose “Min”. Vice versa, if there is a lot of air to be extracted, choose “Extreme”. These cycles are mainly used for cooking: “Min” for liquid, creamy, or oil products; “Extreme” for products in pieces such as meat or fish fillets.
